    He expressed these views during a meeting with a delegation of the Pakistan Bar Council on Monday. The delegation was led by Pakistan Bar Council Vice Chairman Pir Masood Chishti. Former President of the Supreme Court Bar Association Shahzad Shaukat and other officials also attended the meeting.

    During the meeting, Pir Masood Chishti apprised the federal law minister of various issues confronting the legal community and discussed measures to resolve them. Azam Nazir Tarar said the government was taking every possible step to address the problems faced by lawyers.

    He said bar associations across the country were being provided with necessary facilities to ensure a better working environment for members of the legal fraternity. The minister further said that funds had also been released to all bar associations.
