The new app has been built from the ground up, and the difference is evident from the first use. Rather than a refreshed interface, AL Habib Digitalis a new product. Customers will notice faster load times, smoother navigation and an overall experience that responds the way modern apps are expected to.

The app introduces a customisable dashboard, allowing customers to arrange the services they use most and bring frequent actions, such as fund transfers, bill payments and mobile top-ups, to the front of the app. Interactive widgets cut down the number of steps between opening the app and completing a transaction.

Perhaps the most practical addition is instant fund transfers without first registering a payee, a step that has long been a common point of friction for customers making one-off payments. Responding to a changing market.
