PPESHAWAR —Police have submitted a report in the Radio Pakistan attack case before an anti-terrorism court in Peshawar, confirming the involvement of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi in the case., the hearing of the Radio Pakistan attack case was held at the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Peshawar, where the investigation officer submitted the police report before the court.
The report confirmed the involvement of KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi in the Radio Pakistan case, sources said., the police also presented reports from the Punjab Forensic Science Agency before the court. At the next hearing, arguments from all parties will be heard in light of reports from other government departments and the forensic reports.
The submission of the police report had been delayed, while the report was presented on the instructions of senior police officials, sources said. The court adjourned the hearing until September 14, 2026, for arguments from the parties on the police report.
