Mustafa Amir case: Armaghan denied bail in five cases

The cases include the alleged kidnapping of Mustafa Amir for ransom, registered by the Darakhshan police, as well as a police encounter and attempted murder case registered by the Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC). The AVCC had also registered three cases against Armaghan over alleged possession of illegal weapons.
The ATC announced the verdict while hearing bail please of Armaghan at the Karachi Central Jail's Anti-Terrorism Complex on Wednesday. Armaghan and his father, Kamran Qureshi, were present in the court when the decision was announced.
The suspect had appeared before the court and argued his bail applications himself., Armaghan had allegedly subjected his friend, Mustafa Amir, to violence in 2025 and later took him in injured condition to Hub, Balochistan, along with a co-accused.
