On the occasion of Defence and Martyrs Day, the army Jawans have pledged to make every sacrifice for the security, sovereignty and survival of the country. The officers and soldiers of the Pakistan army say that every soldier of the Pakistan Army is the protector of the homeland and, adding, “We are the guardians of its survival and security.
We are the guardians of the borders of this land and are the well-wishers of its present and future.”Military officers and soldiers said that history is witness that whenever the enemy appeared, the Pakistani forces stood firm and prioritised the security of Pakistan.
Out of love for the homeland, the Pakistani army fulfilled every responsibility and was always proud of being Pakistani. They said that the Pakistan forces and people will unite to advance the dreams of this land and the hopes of the nation.

On the occasion of Defence Day, the defenders of the homeland also vowed to take Pakistan to its destination through hard work and unity.
