11 terrorists killed in security operations in KP, Balochistan

Security forces conducted intelligence-based operations in South Waziristan and Bannu districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as Sasool area of Khuzdar district in Balochistan., two terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Khawarij were killed during an intelligence-based operation in Bannu. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the site.

Security forces also successfully destroyed the terrorists’ hideout using explosive material during the operation. In Ladha area of South Waziristan, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation following a tip-off, in which five Khawarij terrorists were killed.

Security forces had timely detected the movement of the militants before surrounding them and carrying out an effective operation., four terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Hindustan were killed during an operation in Sasool, Khuzdar district of Balochistan. The terrorists were effectively targeted with the assistance of quadcopters.

Security sources said all necessary measures were taken during the operations to ensure the protection of the lives and property of the public and to prevent any harm to the local population.
