Police officials said the suspect allegedly assaulted his aunt, Fozia, and then killed her by striking her on the head with a brick. The victim was a mother of five. More to read: PIMS nursery fire victims' families to get Rs5million each.
Following the incident, senior police officials, including the SP Investigation, reached the scene. Police took the victim’s body into custody and shifted it to a hospital for a post-mortem examination. Police and forensic teams are collecting evidence from the crime scene, while further investigation into the incident is underway.
