The announcement has come when PTI leader and KP CM Sohail Afridi is scheduled to visit the shrine in a rally for offering Fateha. The district administration has warned that a strict action will be taken against those who will hold a rally or public meeting on the premises of the Mazar, citing law and order concerns.
The administration said the restriction was prompted to maintain law and order. On the other hand, Sohail Afridi is scheduled to reach Karachi via Sohrab Goth, Liaquatabad, and Guru Mandir in a rally. Read More:Sohail Afridi accuses Sindh govt of creating hurdles to his Karachi visit.
In view of security concerns, the police made foolproof arrangements and additional personnel were deployed around the Quaid's shrine. Earlier, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had welcomed Sohail Zardari in Sindh, with an emphasis that politics of tolerance was the characteristic and trait of democracy.

To him, Sohail Afridi said freedom of speech and politics, independent judiciary and respect for election mandate must be ensured in democratic system.
