    KKARACHI —The positive trend continued at the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Wednesday, with the benchmark KSE-100 Index gaining more than 300 points during early trading. The index rose 377 points to reach 168,837 points shortly after the start of business on the third trading day of the week.

    The KSE-100 Index had closed at 168,460 points on the previous trading day after gaining 2,592 points.
