IISLAMABAD —Gold prices continued to decline in Pakistan and the international market, with the price of 24-karat gold falling by Rs1,000 per tola in the local market.
Association, the price of 24-karat gold dropped to Rs462,136 per tola, while the price of 10 grams decreased by Rs857 to Rs396,207. Oil rises as risks of prolonged Mideast conflict heighten supply worries. The price of silver, however, increased by Rs10 per tola to Rs7,069. In the international market, gold fell by $10 per ounce to $4,396.
Global gold prices were also trading lower on Tuesday amid market caution ahead of key US inflation data.
