Pk)September 23, 2026Mahmood’s appointment marks the establishment of the alliance’s senior administrative leadership and will involve overseeing the functioning of its general secretariat from Riyadh. The development follows the recent signing of the Makkah Defence Agreement by Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkiye.
