The co-pilot of a flydubai flight from ​Dubai to Tel Aviv tried to crash the plane after stabbing ‌the ⁠pilot, but passengers then held him down while other pilotslanded the plane safely in Saudi Arabia, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said yesterday.

    US President Donald Trump has been ​pushing for Saudi ​Arabia to ⁠join theUS-brokered Abraham Accordsunder which several Arab states established ties with Israel. The ​kingdom has long rejected joining the accords ​without a ⁠pathway toward Palestinian statehood.
