    The Pakistan Pavilion, established under the Pakistan Software Export Board, was inaugurated by Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE Shafqat Ali Khan. More than 500 exhibitors from 70 countries and 150 investors are participating in the exhibition.

    The Pakistani companies are showcasing technologies and services in AI data intelligence, AI surveillance, AI sales solutions and autonomous artificial intelligence, highlighting Pakistan’s growing digital talent and software capabilities.

    Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Shafqat Ali Khan met representatives of Pakistani companies and said Pakistan’s technology sector must play an active role aligned with the rapidly changing global artificial intelligence landscape.

    He described the development of AI-related workforce and talent as crucial to Pakistan’s global competitiveness, stressing the need to equip young people with artificial intelligence, coding and advanced digital skills. During the exhibition, Pakistani delegates are also holding meetings with global industry leaders, investors and technology stakeholders to discuss artificial intelligence, digital transformation and new business partnerships.

    Pakistan’s participation was facilitated by the Commercial Section of the Pakistani diplomatic mission in the UAE, with support from the Pakistan Software Export Board and the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication., Pakistan’s IT exports to the UAE increased from $376 million in fiscal year 2024-25 to $536 million in fiscal year 2025-26, registering a 42 percent increase.
