“Islamabad High Court granted Tik. Toker Mr. Patlu protective bail and ordered him to appear before the relevant court by November 10. ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Popula…”

Toker Mr Patlu has received major relief from the Islamabad High Court. Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar approved Mr Patlu's protective bail and directed him to appear before the relevant court by November 10.

During the hearing, Mr Patlu appeared in court in a wheelchair, accompanied by his lawyer. His lawyer, Barrister Qasim Nawaz, argued that a formal NOC had been obtained for the mehndi ceremony, and that maintaining law and order was the responsibility of the administration.

He added that Mr Patlu was not even present at the scene at the time, as he was undergoing treatment in hospital. He also expressed fear that Mr Patlu could be targeted in an alleged police encounter by the CCD.
