    Special ATC Judge Muhammad Ali Mubeen granted the three-day physical remand after CTD officials produced Dr Ayesha in court and requested her custody for further investigation. Officials confirmed that multiple cases have been registered against the former police surgeon with both the CTD and the National Commission for Child Rights (NCCI), with ongoing inquiries in progress.

    Responding to queries regarding whether the arrest was linked to her recent criticism of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti and himself, Lango rejected the reports. He stated that he remained unconcerned with personal criticism, emphasising that the matter pertains strictly to the state and its institutions following the allegations levelled against them, which prompted the CTD to book her.
