LHC bans videos, photos and Tik. Tok in court premises

Under the circular, video recording, photography and Tik. Tok content will not be allowed in courtrooms, corridors, waiting areas, offices or other parts of the court. The designated area for journalists has been exempted from the restriction.
The Lahore High Court warned that violators would face strict action in accordance with the law. Where legally authorised, mobile phones or other recording devices used in violations may also be confiscated.
The registrar also directed administrative officers, registrars, the public relations officer, research and reference officer, Lahore High Court Bar Associations and security authorities to ensure strict implementation of the circular.
