While employees from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will serve as monitors, the Justice Department said no FBI or ICE employees will serve as monitors.
