Fresh housing loan applications to be invited

She was informed in a meeting that more than 1.7 million people had registered on the portal, over 225,000 loans had been disbursed and 128,718 houses completed. A total of 171,597 beneficiaries have received the second installment of their loans and 62,600 houses are nearing completion.
The scheme has achieved a loan recovery rate of 97.6 per cent, with installments amounting to Rs22.29 billion paid. The application process for the Apni Chhat, Mehfooz Chhat scheme has also been completed.
