Veteran Pakistani actor Usman Peerzada has addressed rumours circulating on social media linking him to a senior actress. For the past few days, social media users had been speculating about Peerzada’s alleged marriage to the actress, with claims that the two had secretly tied the knot.
The actress had already dismissed the reports in a video shared on social media. Peerzada has now also responded to the speculation through a statement shared by his wife, Samina Peerzada, on Instagram. “I have only one wife, and I pray that she remains my wife for the next 50 years,” Peerzada said in the statement.
Samina shared her husband’s message on her Instagram Story and accompanied it with a heart emoji. The statement quickly gained attention on social media, where fans of the couple welcomed the clarification and sent them good wishes.
