The charges, filed on September 8, include one count of rape, one count of drugging someone for sexual intercourse and one count of procuring liquor for a person under 21. The alleged offences reportedly occurred on May 23, 2025.
Further details were not immediately available. An arraignment is scheduled for October 14. Court records did not list an attorney available to comment on Peters’ behalf.
The Bulwarkfirst reported the charges. Peters’ representative, Mitchell Jackson, disputed the outlet’s reporting, saying: “Braden Peters has not been physically served. As usual the Bulwark is exaggerating.”The case follows a civil lawsuit filed in Florida by teenage influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, known online as Alorah or Alorah Ziva.

The lawsuit alleges Peters took her to Cape Cod, supplied her with vodka and had sex with her while she was intoxicated. It remains unclear whether the criminal charges are connected to those allegations. Peters’ attorney previously denied the allegations and said he intended to defend him.
Clavicular rose to prominence through 'looksmaxxing', an online trend focused on maximising physical attractiveness, sometimes through extreme methods. He has promoted “bone smashing”, which involves deliberately striking facial bones. Health experts have warned that such practices can be dangerous.
Peters also faced Florida charges over an alleged alligator shooting earlier this year. He and another person later pleaded no contest to unlawfully discharging a firearm in public.
