The actress wore the vintage cream-and-brown polka dot coat while promoting her upcoming film. The Love Hypothesisin New York City. She paired the archival piece with a deep chocolate brown Fleur du Mal Juliet Lace Mini Slip, Jimmy Choo snake-print bow mules and dark oval sunglasses.
The coat was sourced by Reinhart’s stylist, Ib Abdel Nasser, who revealed that it was loaned by the original designer, Nanette Lepore. View this post on Instagram.
After Reinhart stepped out wearing the coat, a few social media users pointed out that the designer's daughter posted avideoon Instagram searching for the coat in the basement of the Nanette's house, where past styles are stored in bins. The look offered a direct link to13 Going on 30, in which Garner wore the same coat.
