In a statement shared on Instagram Stories on Sunday, the artist said he had spent the past two years travelling almost continuously between film and television shoots, live shows, album recordings and other professional commitments, often spending only a few days in one place.

“Managing two careers simultaneously is a tumultuous feat,” he wrote, acknowledging that the demanding routine had taken a toll on him. The singer shared a photograph of an intravenous infusion bag as the backdrop to his message, revealing that he had been advised to prioritise his health above everything else for the time being.

Announcing his decision, Danyal said all his professional activities would be put on hold while he focused on recovery. “I’ll be taking a little break to rest, recover and find my way back to full health,” he wrote, signing off with a message of love for his followers.
