The benchmark index remained volatile throughout the week and traded within a range of 2,871 points. It reached a weekly high of 172,762 points, while its lowest level was recorded at 169,890 points. The market's overall capitalisation also declined during the week, falling by Rs41 billion to Rs18,996 billion.
The KSE-100 Index's weekly performance reflected fluctuations in the stock market, as the benchmark moved between positive and negative territory before ending the week marginally lower.
